PDF Course Schedule Builder

The PDF Course Schedule Builder (PDFCSB) is an open-source tool that was developed at the Faculty Center for Teaching (FACT) at Utah State University (USU). The PDFCSB allows instructors to create a schedule for an online course in a native PDF environment--Adobe Reader.

  1. Good work George. I just want to know how the schedule builder handles images and whether you can use it to format text. Thanks

  2. This is excellent work, will other schools be allowed to use these tools? I am teaching nursing at IU-NW and we are beginning to use the Canvas LMS this would be so helpful to build our new courses inside Canvas.

  3. The link to the PDF Scheduler doesn't work. And I have an updated Adobe Reader. Any ideas? If the program is no longer available or not available to instructors off site, please warn viewers (or take the video down). I've invested 30 fruitless minutes into this.

  5. Use Internet Explorer instead of Chrome and the Schedule Builder PDF loads right up.
